Happy Tax Day

Today is the day that many Americans will rush to the post office to get their taxes filed right at the deadline. Personally, I got a refund this year from the federal government, but I owe a couple of hundred dollars to the state government… which means that I filed my federal taxes early (two months ago) and I’m filing my state taxes today.

Don’t you love procrastination?

FYI, the posts will be a little light for the next couple of days as I make a trip to Washington, DC for the first in a string of medical school interviews.

  1. Taxes are so much fun. I actually lost my W2 when I moved a week before taxes were due, so unfortunately they were late :(
